Labels
Once you have filled in the spreadsheet and emailed it back to ReFAB the staff will print your labels. Please allow 24 hours for this process. You will need to attach your labels to your items in the store (Allow 20-30 minutes).
If required we can provide an additional IN HOUSE ADMIN SERVICE of inventory and labeling for an additional fee (1/2 rack of 25 item is $40, full rack of 45 item is $60)
If you wish to change the price of an item, we can assist in store. Please contact the staff for assistance.
Faulty items
Faulty or substandard items eg: stained or damaged are not acceptable, and we reserve the right to remove items if unsuitable. We are not responsible for any faulty items and we have a strict no return/exchange policy on pre-loved garments.
Failure to collect
Failure to collect without prior notification will result in a rental extension fee of $50 deducted from your profits.
Any unclaimed items will become property of ReFAB fashion and may be sold through the charity rack or donated.
Missing items
During the rental period it is staff’s job to manage the shop space and tidy stock. Please check unsold items before leaving and if anything is missing walk around to spot any items and please contact us before leaving, we will be happy to check the racks for you.
We take security of your items seriously, yet while we have invested heavily in security systems, we take no responsibility for stolen and lost property. We also take no responsibility in case of a fire, water damage or other factors out of our control.
Cancellation
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to start date are ineligible for a refund and arrangements can be made to re-book at a different time.
We cannot provide a refund for any unused days of your booked rental once it has commenced.
Once rental has commenced, an extension of rental time without booking maybe an option, made possible through another cancellation or space available at the time.
Sales Payout
On collection of any remaining items, we will cross check sales owed to you and confirm the nominated bank account for deposit. Please inform staff your payment account information.
We aim to have your payments to you within 7 days. STRICTLY NO CASH PAYMENTS.
For renter who have a business selling second hand clothing, please contact staff regarding your invoicing.
By renting you are agreeing to the above conditions and giving permission for ReFAB to post photos and/or videos on our social media pages of items on sale. This might be very beneficial to your sales.
PRIVACY POLICY We collect information only with your consent. We only collect the minimum of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us. We do not sell it to third parties.
